I also build my own mounting boards and brackets for holding the bcm and new orion bms assy.

​I also install a brand new low voltage cable so i know i am starting with good solid wiring for no problems with low voltage right after installs

I personally use a stainless brillo pad material and plug the holes in the lid and also the back vent hole and i block it off with screen as i have seen way too many packs come in with mice attacking the wiring causing problems this seems to go ahead and put an end to those problems .....

2. Ranger ev case prep

Knock all the metal hold down brackets off the lid section as we dont want any metal inside the pack not needed .......

First thing drop pack open it up and clean everything out of the pack i remove everything except the fan assembly and pressure wash if needed ... clean out all the gooey sticky tar like substance they use to hold down the heating blanket which we will not use ...... make it clean you have to work in here and insert all the parts and new cells we want to put inside the pack
